Disgrifiad: The Chinese community in Cardiff are hosting an afternoon of Chinese New year celebrations to welcome in the Year of the Goat. It will be a colourful event of Chinese songs, dance, music and of course the Chinese lion dance. There will be opportunities to learn about the customs and traditions of the Chinese people during the Chinese new year period and sample some of the delicacies eaten during this festive time.
