Export of Live Bivalve Molluscs (LBMs)

On 23 March 2021, the Chair of the Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee wrote to the Minister for Environment, Energy and Rural Affairs regarding the export of Live Bivalve Molluscs.

On 19 July 2021, the Minister for Rural Affairs, North Wales and Trefnydd responded to Chair of the Economy, Transport and Rural Affairs Committee of the Sixth Senedd addressing the questions raised by the Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee of the Fifth Senedd.
