[1]          Huw Irranca-Davies: Prynhawn da—welcome to this afternoon’s session of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee. I can give apologies at the outset under item No. 1 for our colleagues Nathan Gill and Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas, neither of whom can be with us today, but we are quorate with our other Members. Normal remarks in terms of housekeeping: that we’re not expecting a fire alarm—no test forecast for today—but follow the ushers and the clerks if there is one called. Make sure all your mobile devices are switched to silent mode, and of course we have translation facilities in English and Welsh on the headphones on channel 1.
