[1]               Jocelyn Davies: Welcome to this meeting of the Finance Committee. We will shortly be going into private session, but I remind everybody that interpretation is available on channel 1 and amplification on channel 0. Please check that your mobile phones and any other electronic devices are switched off. We are not expecting a fire drill, so if the alarm sounds, it is probably a genuine emergency.

the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order No. 17.42(vi).
